We are into our 59th year on the South Channel. About 35 years at our present location, where every thing that moves on the South Channel passes our doorstep. The cottage is a work in progress, hand built by us from scratch. Before building on a lot puchased from The Archers, now Craganmor Point, we leased an Archer cottage for about ten years. We spent our earlier years at the family cottage located at the western tip of Seven Mile Bay. We feel very fortunate that we can spend six months of the year living on the channel.

We'll be checking back regularly to find out what's up on the bay and waiting for the the word that the ice has gone out on the South Channel.

We are waiting for the next South Channel blog update! The SC blog is now featured on the South Channel homepage, the Purple Martin's and Kingfisher's have lost their fur, and all is well at 7 Mile Narrows.
